St Mary's Graveyard overgrown
Here are a few photographs of some corners of St Mary's graveyard still not cleared in October 2007, although the larger part had been cleared of undergrowth by that time.

Above is the South East corner of the church in October 2007, and below, on the extreme right the same three gravestones as shown above - just two months later!
Below is the churchyard today (spring 2009), looking in from the eastern boundary, a blackthorn thicket hedge remains to remind us of the thicket jungle that once completely covered the graveyard.
