Rural life or the industrialisation of our countryside? Let’s talk…Everyone is welcome.Art Exhibition – beautiful art, created by the adults and children of our community.Celebrating our countryside while we can still enjoy it!

We are using this as an opportunity to engage with the community. This is the biggest most harmful thing that has ever happened in our area. After the consultations – we are aware that our community feels that it’s being ripped apart and there are many hurdles we need to overcome if we want to continue to work together to fight – what seems to be the inevitable…..or at least delay it!

People need to talk and ask questions and from the experiences we observed at the consultations, we are aware that residents’ mental health must be guarded and supported.

The Forncett Nature Matters group will be represented as well as the school and other local groups. Plus, there will be those who are able to offer solutions and alternatives. Tasway have agreed to attend – they are also providing materials and banners.

When people witness the maps, they are shocked and feel helpless – our rural life is being robbed from us – for the industrialisation of our countryside.   Everyone is welcome to the event – it’s a ‘drop in when you can’.                                                                                                                                                               The Facts, Q&A, Art, Music, Film…… people can comfortably have a chat, meet with others, have a coffee, or a drink from the bar. Ask questions, learn from experts, and listen to the suggestions and reasoning regarding the alternatives to the destruction of our countryside. Plus – directly challenge TASWAY team regarding the way forward.

What we need is moral support! We are recognising the need to gather and offer support to each other – and make the most of our countryside community, plus offer protection to the surrounding fields and the wildlife that belong here.
