Join Forncett Nature Matters for a light-hearted rummage through the wild plants growing in the rich and varied habitats of St Peter’s churchyard. We’ll be identifying what we find as part of an annual survey. Last year’s Forest Church found 40 different species – what will we find this year?

Everyone is welcome from Novice to Expert. We’ll be helping each other with ID and a good selection of reference material will be on hand. If you’d like to know your Self Heal from your Lady’s Bedstraw this is for you!

Children please bring an adult with you.

Come prepared as we enjoy a picnic tea in the churchyard afterwards. The church is sadly still closed until the chancel roof can be supported, so please bring your own drinks, cups, etc and we’ll bring the cakes. You’ll need folding chairs or rugs to sit on.
